SAN MATEO, Calif. — November 18, 2009 —November 18, 2009 — NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), a leading vendor of cloud computing business management software suites, today announced that NetSuite has received IDC’s SMB Excellence Award in the Software as a Service and Cloud Computing category for providing innovative solutions to the small and medium-sized business markets (SMB). NetSuite was the only Software as a Service (SaaS) business software suite vendor to receive the award. The global industry research leader made its selections based on suitability to the needs of SMB companies, milestone accomplishments, and the competitive disruption caused by the company’s innovative on-demand technology for on-premise, legacy vendors such as Microsoft and SAP.

IDC recognizes NetSuite alongside household and industry-standard names such as Cisco, EMC, Verizon, AT&T, and IBM. “NetSuite continues to be a tremendous ally of the SMB market, providing top-shelf functionality to business owners with a modern business model which avoids the up-front costs that made it difficult for SMBs to implement traditional on-premise ERP systems,” said Michael Fauscette, Group VP, Software Business Solutions at IDC. “NetSuite’s innovative cloud computing-based ERP has paved the way for thousands of small and medium-sized companies to transform their operations while minimizing infrastructure investments.”

Since launching in 1998, NetSuite has continually redefined the enterprise computing space. Its latest triumph, NetSuite OneWorld, is the first and only on-demand solution delivering real-time global business management and financial consolidation to SMBs with multinational and multi-subsidiary operations. The SuiteCloud platform enables third-party developers to quickly and easily develop robust add-ons to NetSuite functionality, and permits easy integration with legacy enterprise accounting platforms for subsidiaries or major trading partners.

The IDC SMB Excellence Award is NetSuite’s latest accomplishment in a year full of accolades. This summer, Gartner Dataquest released figures showing that NetSuite has joined the ranks of North America’s top ten ERP vendors by revenue. Strategic advisory service ISM Inc. recognized NetSuite and NetSuite CRM with a Top 15 CRM Small & Medium Business Software Award for 2009. Customer Interaction Solutions magazine named NetSuite CRM as a recipient of a 2009 CRM Excellence Award. Most recently, British businesses named NetSuite the top Enterprise Accounting Software vendor in Sift Media’s Software Satisfaction Awards 2009. These awards validate and reinforce NetSuite’s mounting importance to companies of all sizes looking for a powerful, integrated enterprise management solution.

About IDC SMB Excellence Award:
The IDC SMB Excellence Awards are granted to technology providers who in IDC’s view are serving the SMB market in innovative ways, providing advanced technology capabilities to firms with fewer than 1000 employees. Nominees for the IDC SMB Excellence Award are evaluated on the basis of three key criteria: the creation of products and/or programs that specifically address the unique needs of SMBs; the business implications of these products or programs for the nominated firm; and the competitive impact of these products or programs. The award recipients are selected by IDC’s SMB Research team in consultation with the IDC analysts that follow the relevant technology market associated with these products or programs. The full report is IDC#220604.

IDC is the premier global provider of market intelligence, advisory services, and events for the information technology, telecommunications, and consumer technology markets.

Using Google Analytics with NetSuite will work just fine. It will track all the metrics and keywords you need.

However most people are spending a lot of money on pay per click advertising such as Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other type of campaigns. They would like to see how much money they spent on a certain keyword and how much revenue it generated. That’s a good way to determine if the keyword is worth the price.

Google Analytics supports e-commerce tracking, but with the way NetSuite handles the data you just can’t do it. And people are looking for a solution to that.

The good news is that we have the solution, we tested it and it works perfectly. It’s also open source, so you can use it for free (as long as you keep the copyright notice), or hire us to do it for you at a very decent pricing if your scripting skills aren’t that good.

Citricle’s NetSuite/Google Analytics integration solution will track orders and their amounts, items (with price, quantity), keywords (organic or pay-per-click), referrer and everything else Google Analytics supports (such as how much revenue a specific keyword generated).

Now, you can invest only in the keywords that drive revenue and a favorable ROI.

SAN MATEO, Calif., Sept 24, 2009 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ — NetSuite Dashboards, Sales Order Records, Customer Records, and Click-to-Call a Finger-Tap Away on iPhone and iPod touch NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), a leading vendor of cloud computing business management software suites, today announced that it has brought the first cloud computing mobile ERP suite to Apple’s iPhone and iPod touch. NetSuite for iPhone and iPod touch is available now for free on the App Store at http://www.itunes.com/appstore/. NetSuite already had more than 1,000 downloads on the App Store in the first two weeks after it was available. The app delivers on-the-go access to NetSuite’s integrated business management suite, including real-time Dashboards that deliver key Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Ecommerce operational data.

Thousands of companies use NetSuite to manage their key business processes, leveraging its Software as a Service (SaaS) design to access invoicing, customer records, inventory, and financial reporting from any Internet-enabled computer. Now, for the first time, iPhone and iPod touch users can access NetSuite functionality using a rich interface designed to run natively on iPhone and iPod touch, adding to the anytime, anywhere features already offered by NetSuite’s cloud computing platform. Additionally, if a company has implemented custom fields, custom records, role-based security or custom dashboard elements in their NetSuite account, they will all be seamlessly reflected in the NetSuite app.

Any NetSuite user on the go can appreciate real-time access to their NetSuite calendar and task lists, including the ability to accept or decline events and mark tasks complete. Sales representatives can benefit from access to leads and opportunities, the ability to view customers and contacts, and to review quotes and orders. Field service users can inquire about customer history, browse associated cases, and see all issues filed by a customer. Executives can browse financial trends, watch dashboards in real-time, and drill into Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as well as generate report snapshots and Scorecards.

“This is a great release by NetSuite,” said Elliott Rabin, President, Ridout Plastics Co. Inc. (www.eplastics.com), a plastics manufacturer based in San Diego, CA since 1914. “Access is very fast overall, and trend graphs are much faster than through a browser. From a CEO view, I can see my KPIs and can get top 10 information quickly – by sales, customers, sales reps, etc. Like in a browser, the app lets me find a customer quickly through searching – and I’m one who loves ‘recent records’ for quick access to information. The iPhone application adds tremendous value to my NetSuite experience.” Mobile business functionality enabled by NetSuite includes: — NetSuite Dashboards including KPIs, report snapshots, trend graphs, scorecards, reminders, and recent records. The dashboards are interactive, allowing users to drill down and explore trends with the touch of a finger.

– NetSuite Calendar with support for accepting or declining events and marking tasks complete.

– Lead, Prospect & Customer records tailored to mobile sales, field service and executive leadership, including access to associated contacts, marketing campaigns, opportunities, quotes, orders, purchase history, financial history, cases, and issues.

– Productivity tools that leverage native capabilities of the device, such as click-to-call from any NetSuite record containing a phone number, click-to-email from any NetSuite record containing an e-mail address, and click-to-map (via Google Maps) from any NetSuite record containing a physical address.

The integrated suite of applications, which is now available on the iTunes App Store, provides NetSuite users who are also iPhone users with real-time dashboards that deliver key ERP, CRM and e-commerce operational data.

NetSuite said that the suite, which is available for free, was downloaded more than 1,000 times in the first two weeks it was available.

Thousands of companies use NetSuite’s cloud-based CRM solutions to manage their key business processes, such as invoicing, customer records, inventory and financial reporting. Because these solutions are offered via the software-as-a-service model, they can be accessed from any Internet-enabled computer. Many of the top executives and managers in these companies are also iPhone users.

NetSuite says its customers can now access NetSuite functionality via a rich interface designed to run natively on iPhone and iPod touch. If a company has implemented custom fields, custom records, role-based security or custom dashboard elements in their NetSuite account, they will all be seamlessly reflected in the NetSuite app.

NetSuite users will no doubt appreciate having real-time access to their NetSuite calendar and task lists, including the ability to accept or decline events and mark tasks complete.

In the release, Elliott Rabin, president of Ridout Plastics Co. Inc., a plastics manufacturer based in San Diego, Calif., said “Access is very fast overall, and trend graphs are much faster than through a browser. From a CEO view, I can see my KPIs and can get ‘top 10’ information quickly – by sales, customers, sales reps, etc. Like in a browser, the app lets me find a customer quickly through searching – and I’m one who loves ‘recent records’ for quick access to information. The iPhone application adds tremendous value to my NetSuite experience.”
Last week NetSuite announced a new incentive program, the “NetSuite Crossroads Initiative,” as part of its ongoing effort to lure more SAP customers over to its NetSuite OneWorld cloud-based offering. The new program targets SAP customers facing “end-of-life scenarios” with their SAP R/3 software.

SAP has announced that maintenance for R/3 V4.6 will end as of March 2010; and maintenance for SAP R/3 4.7 will be extended, but at a higher cost. These changes will affect approximately 70 percent of SAP users who now face the difficult decision of whether to pay increased costs for maintenance, or upgrade to SAP ERP 6.0.

As part of the program, NetSuite is offering an enhanced version of its Business ByNetSuite program for SAP customers, initially launched in November 2008. This version of Business ByNetSuite offers SAP R/3 customers a total migration package in year one of their subscription, including all license fees, implementation and support, equal to customers’ annual maintenance cost with SAP. Thereafter, as long as they remain with NetSuite, the program provides customers with a fixed 50 percent off NetSuite’s then-current list price for an annual subscription. The enhanced Business ByNetSuite program is valid worldwide through the fourth quarter of 2009.

Nearly 70% of SAP R/3 Users Face Painful, Forced Migration. NetSuite and Key Integration Partners Offer Cloud Computing Alternative for Thousands of SAP R/3 Customers Facing Forced Upgrade.

SAN MATEO, Calif. — September 17, 2009 — NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), a leading vendor of cloud computing business management software suites, today announced the NetSuite Crossroads Initiative. The new program is designed to help SAP (NYSE: SAP) customers facing end-of-life scenarios with SAP R/3 software reduce their SAP footprint by migrating to the industry’s leading cloud computing business suite. The NetSuite Crossroads Initiative, supported by integration partners CastIron, Pervasive and Boomi, includes NetSuite products, partner services and a special sales promotion to enable mid-size companies and divisions of larger companies to transition from aging SAP software to NetSuite OneWorld for SAP, NetSuite’s cloud-based business management suite designed for SAP customers.

SAP has announced that maintenance for R/3 V4.6 will end as of March 2010; and maintenance for SAP R/3 4.7 will be extended, but at a higher cost. According to Cambridge, Mass.-based Forrester Research, these changes will affect approximately 70 percent of SAP users who now face difficult decisions: whether to pay increased costs for maintenance or upgrade to SAP ERP 6.0.

“Amazingly, the forced migration of SAP R/3 users merely brings SAP customers to SAP ERP 6.0, yet another Stone Age, on-premise product. The migration to NetSuite is not only easier than migrating to the SAP product, but less expensive and most importantly brings customers to the Internet Age,” said Zach Nelson, NetSuite CEO.

In a study by Forrester Research*, nearly 70 percent of SAP customers who were not planning an upgrade in 2008 gave their reasons as “too disruptive to the business” or “too expensive to justify.”
“These SAP users are clearly at a crossroads,” said Rebecca Wettemann, Vice President, Nucleus Research. “In many cases, their decisions will weigh heavily on the success of their organizations. Extended maintenance is a significant ongoing cost, and at best it will likely only buy them a few years. Upgrading to the next SAP ERP release is expensive, disruptive, and time consuming.”
NetSuite: Faster, Cheaper and Better

With NetSuite OneWorld for SAP delivered via the cloud, SAP customers transitioning off SAP receive several key benefits, including never again having to pay for maintenance or perform another SAP upgrade themselves, as well as gaining anytime, anywhere access to cutting-edge business management capabilities across international regions, divisions and subsidiaries using only an Internet connection and a Web browser.
One company that did just that is Kansas City-based COMMCO, a 120-employee distributor of home improvement products. COMMCO chose NetSuite as an alternative to an upgrade that would have taken over six months and cost over $1 million. Another company, Asahi Kasei Spandex America, saved $1 million in costs, and is also saving $20,000 per month, after switching from SAP R/3 to NetSuite.

The NetSuite Alternative
The NetSuite Crossroads Initiative offers an alternative to SAP customers: move to business software based on SaaS, or cloud computing, rather than the conventional license-and-maintenance model of SAP which requires extensive in-house IT resources. The cloud computing model greatly reduces the total cost of ownership and yields productivity gains throughout the organization. NetSuite’s Crossroads initiative includes these components:
NetSuite OneWorld for SAP: Designed for SAP customers, NetSuite OneWorld is the first and only announced on-demand system to deliver real-time subsidiary management and business consolidation capabilities to mid-market companies for accounting/ERP, CRM and Ecommerce operations. Includes SuiteCloud Connect capabilities. For more details, visit www.netsuite.com/OneWorldforSAP.
Promotional Offer: To incentivize SAP customers to make the transition to the cloud, NetSuite is offering an enhanced version of its popular Business ByNetSuite program for SAP customers, initially launched in November 2008. This enhanced version of Business ByNetSuite offers SAP R/3 customers a total migration package in year one of their subscription, including all license fees, implementation and support, equal to customers’ annual maintenance cost with SAP. Thereafter, as long as they remain with NetSuite, the program provides customers with a fixed 50 percent off NetSuite’s then current list price for an annual subscription. The enhanced Business ByNetSuite program is valid worldwide through the fourth quarter of 2009.
Partner Services: As part of the NetSuite Crossroads initiative, NetSuite Professional Services and its global partner network stand ready to offer expertise in all aspects of SAP migration and integration. Some key partners include:
Cast Iron — Cast Iron Systems, the #1 SaaS and cloud integration company, provides the industry’s leading prepackaged integration solution that enables NetSuite customers to migrate from or integrate with SAP in just days. For more information on the NetSuite-SAP integration solution from Cast Iron and many customer case studies, visit www.castiron.com/netsuite.
Pervasive — Pervasive Software’s (NASDAQ: PVSW) industry-leading cloud-based integration solutions enable fast implementation and truly take the complexity and challenges out of integration by delivering a highly flexible, reliable and affordable platform for rapid one-time migration or ongoing bi-directional batch, real-time and synchronized data integration. For more information on Pervasive for mission-critical data integrations such as NetSuite to SAP, visit www.pervasive.com/netsuite.
Boomi — Boomi AtomSphere offers a SaaS integration solution that enables migration and bi-directional integration of SAP data to NetSuite with no coding required. For more information on Boomi’s offering for NetSuite and SAP customers, visit www.boomi.com/netsuite.
Crossroads Conversion Kit: SAP migration strategies, customer success stories and other resources make up the Crossroads Conversion Kit. The kit includes information on comparative costs and implementation times for SaaS versus conventional, perpetual-license installations such as SAP. It also examines the questions on most SAP customers’ minds – Why SaaS? Why Not SAP? And Why NetSuite?

NetSuite’s USPS shipping integration offers retailers, Ecommerce operators, distributors, and wholesaler’s instant access to all key USPS services, including price quotes, shipping label generation, package tracking numbers and full customs documentation — saving time on manual lookups and tedious pen-and-paper form completion. NetSuite customer records can be instantly confirmed against the USPS database of valid addresses. Behind the scenes, the NetSuite solution automatically ties USPS tracking and Delivery Confirmation ™ numbers to sales orders, invoices, and customer records, providing visibility into the shipment process, enabling users to examine a customer’s comprehensive purchase history, right down to the delivery date. Through existing shipping solutions with UPS and FedEx, NetSuite merchants have already shipped 2.5 million packages through the NetSuite integrated carrier solution.

“The addition of USPS to the NetSuite cloud shows the direction in which corporate America is moving in the 21 st century — towards cloud computing,” said Mini Peiris, vice president of Product Marketing at NetSuite. “Our partnership shows that the NetSuite SuiteCloud development platform has the power to enable more and more companies to embrace cloud-based applications for areas they may not have thought of before, such as shipping via the postal service.”

NetSuite is establishing itself as the clear choice for many successful and growing companies as the cloud computing leader, and it cements its position as a premiere provider of enterprise computing solutions. Recently ranked one of the top 10 Financial Management System vendors in North America by Gartner Dataquest — and the fastest-growing in that elite group — NetSuite is leading the way in providing companies with a cost-effective and highly efficient alternative to on-premise applications. Unlike on-premise software vendors, NetSuite has a modern cloud-based code base to maintain and innovate — so NetSuite customers get all the benefits of a highly focused R&D effort designed to help them leverage and grow their investment.

Special Promotion for Alternative Energy Companies Provides 50% Off First-Year NetSuite Subscription Fees

SAN MATEO, Calif. — July 15, 2009 — NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), a leading vendor of cloud computing business management software suites, today announced a special sales program that makes it easy and cost effective for companies focused on energy-saving “green” technologies and business models to acquire NetSuite’s software for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Ecommerce. The new program, which features a first-year 50% discount on the company’s full on-demand business suite, is a key part of NetSuite’s ongoing effort to enable the “green economy” by recognizing and supporting progressive-minded organizations that want to move their key business computing resources to NetSuite’s energy-efficient cloud computing infrastructure.

Organizations that can show proof of membership in associations such as the Solar Industries Association, Sustainable Buildings Industry Council, American Wind Energy Association, U.S. Green Building Council, or other “green” associations are eligible to receive a 50% discount off NetSuite’s first-year subscription fees for all users. The offer is active until December 31, 2009. Current NetSuite customers signing up under the promotion will receive a 10% renewal price cap for subsequent years.

Because NetSuite manages enterprise software systems in a centralized, highly secure datacenter, customers need not replicate a costly, energy-hungry datacenter environment of their own. By vastly reducing the need for servers and support equipment, such as server room air conditioning, the average NetSuite customer can cut its electricity bill by more than $10,000 per year. When added to the overall costs of hardware, software licenses, maintenance, personnel and occupancy, cost reductions can exceed $100,000 per year. A recent study by third-party consultant Greenspace determined that NetSuite’s shared SaaS architecture last year saved its customers more than $61 million in energy bills.

Many business owners think: “More leads = More business”. What is more true that between 60-85% of all Web generated leads never produce any sales. If you have a poor lead source or sales funnel that isn’t optimized then leads actually turn to waste. So what makes profitable leads? How do you get them in your pipeline?

The are key component to a Web lead flow that actually creates results is letting the voice of your company create interested buyers for your product or service as word of mouth.

How does this happen? Someone send your an email or fill out your contact Web form? Maybe you use Google Adwords or Facebook PPC? However you generate your traffic will dictate the level of interest from your potential buyers. Then that information goes into a CRM.

Sure, you got the name, number, and address. But is this person even qualified to buy your product? Too many lead generation campaigns focus on quantity over quality. Why not offer a free download for those who are just virtually tire-kicking? A good and prolific content marketing campaign fully integrated with Web 2.1 technology is crucial to developing qualified buyers and brand ambassadors for your product or company.

So how does your business generate truly profitable leads that are qualified, ready-to-buy, and increasing?

Ecommerce Merchants Using NetSuite Now Enjoy Access to Fast and Secure Online Payment Option, Expanding Markets and Decreasing Abandonment. New Feature Provides Instant Payment Option for Buyers in 140 Countries

SAN MATEO, Calif. — June 25, 2009 — NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), a leading vendor of on-demand, integrated business management software suites for mid-market enterprises and divisions of large companies, today announced the availability of Google Checkout™ for online merchants currently running their operations on the NetSuite Ecommerce platform. The new feature provides a seamless interface between the NetSuite shopping cart and the Google Checkout online payment service. NetSuite’s integration of Google Checkout delivers an all-in-one payment platform for Ecommerce businesses that can reduce shopping cart abandonment and increase sales.

“We’re pleased to be working with NetSuite to provide merchants, and ultimately buyers, with more choice in their payment options,” said Dan Rubinstein, Director of Product Management at Google. “Google Checkout helps merchants increase their sales by driving more traffic, increasing conversions, and enabling buyers to shop quickly and easily with one login at stores across the web.”

“We are excited to work together with Google to deliver on our shared commitment to Ecommerce businesses,” said Mini Peiris, VP of Product Marketing at NetSuite. “With Google Checkout, NetSuite provides online merchants with another payment solution that addresses the needs of their consumers and contributes to their business’ bottom line.”

NetSuite provides real-time visibility into key business operations in one system – from the online store, to inventory, fulfillment, shipping, marketing promotions and customer buying patterns for up-sell and cross-sell analysis. NetSuite already includes Google AdWords ä integration and now, Google Checkout integration, giving Ecommerce businesses a powerful platform for driving both their sales and marketing efforts to new heights.

Google Checkout is a growing international online payment network and many online shoppers have embraced this fast, secure checkout process. Online shoppers click on ads 10% more when the ad displays the Checkout badge. In today’s economy, no seller can afford to turn away a customer who wishes to purchase goods from their site and has the means to pay. Adding Google Checkout ensures that merchants will not be losing business from shoppers for whom Google Checkout is their payment preference and allows these shoppers to make quick and confident transactions. NetSuite customers who have incorporated Google Checkout into their Ecommerce operations have already seen double-digit improvements in click-through and conversion rates over conventional payment methods.

Safe and Secure Payment Option for Shoppers
NetSuite Google Checkout Integration makes it easy for even casual shoppers to commit to a purchase as they only have to register for the service once, and can do so directly from the integrated Google Checkout screen. Google Checkout allows buyers to pay with credit, debit, or gift cards branded by the leading card issuers: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. After the initial sign up, they can use the same username and password to sign in and pay for goods and services at all Google Checkout sites with their selected preferred payment type. Shoppers feel safe and secure knowing that their financial information is not shared with Ecommerce merchants, while gaining the flexibility to make quick transactions using the payment card of their choice.

Easy Setup for Ecommerce Merchants
It’s easy for merchants using NetSuite to offer Google Checkout in their online stores. All they have to do is enable the feature and register a Google merchant account, which is accessible through the Google portal in NetSuite. Then, the Google Checkout button automatically displays next to the Proceed to Checkout button in their Shopping Cart, or on their Web site checkout landing page. When shoppers click the Google Checkout button, NetSuite directs them to Google Checkout, securely passing along the items in the shopping cart, shipping options, and tax information. After the shopper completes their transaction through Google Checkout, NetSuite is notified and a sales order is automatically created based on the detailed order information provided by Google.

Improved Online Presence for Ecommerce Merchants
Ecommerce businesses gain tremendous flexibility by adding Google Checkout to their slate of accepted payment options. If they advertise on Google AdWords they can elect to display a Google Checkout badge on every insertion, which can lead to greater click-through and conversion. The Google Checkout service is available to buyers in over 140 countries and offers automatic currency conversions at competitive rates. Google provides a range of seller protection tools to help minimize fraud and charge-backs, preserving merchant margins and integrity and reducing the risks of Ecommerce.

“It’s very nice to give our customers another option during checkout, to increase the likelihood that they’ll purchase from us,” said Zach Barzee, Ecommerce Marketing Manager, SportsDiamond.com Inc., (www.sportsdiamond.com), an online retailer of sporting goods with two retail stores in St. Michael and Lakeville, MN. “We’ve been using NetSuite Ecommerce for three years. In the past month since we’ve had the Google Checkout option, we’ve had 50 to 60 purchases on it, which is about 2 percent of our total order volume. We feel that’s pretty good, especially since we haven’t advertised this anywhere. As it continues to grow, we expect our conversion rates to increase, which is exactly what we need to stay successful in this tough economy.”

Pricing and Availability
The NetSuite Google Checkout Integration online payment option is included with NetSuite and carries no setup fees or monthly fees. Merchants pay a per-transaction fee to Google of 1.9 percent to 2.9 percent plus 30 cents per transaction, depending on monthly sales volume. NetSuite Google Checkout Integration is available now for US customers and will be available at the end of June 2009 for UK customers.

NetSuite Financials Enables Businesses to Rapidly Move Key Operational Processes from Stone-Age, On-Premise Software to the Industry’s Leading On-Demand Accounting and ERP System; Add New Applications with a “Flip of a Switch”

30% Off First-Year NetSuite License for Customers Switching to NetSuite From Microsoft Great Plains or Any Sage ERP Product

San Mateo, Calif. — May 21, 2009 — NetSuite Inc. (NYSE: N), a leading vendor of on-demand, integrated business management software suites for mid-market companies and divisions of large enterprises, today announced NetSuite Financials, a new edition of its leading on-demand accounting and enterprise resource planning ( ERP) software. NetSuite Financials gives businesses access to NetSuite’s award-winning on-demand financial and accounting functionality in a modularized format that provides the highest degree of flexibility and value as they seek to lower operating costs and eliminate capital expenditures by moving key business processes to the Cloud. For a limited time, NetSuite Financials is available at a 30% discount from the list price for any company switching to NetSuite from Microsoft Great Plains or any Sage ERP product.

NetSuite Financials is especially designed for companies eager to trade their current legacy, on-premise accounting systems for NetSuite’s modern, software as a service (SaaS)-based design, which leads the industry in offering all the major cost-saving and operational efficiency benefits associated with cloud computing. NetSuite Financials, built on NetSuite’s unique integrated on-demand platform, enables companies to accelerate the move to cloud computing by starting with the migration of their most important financial and ERP processes. These companies can then easily add customer relationship management (CRM), Ecommerce or deeper ERP functionality as their operational needs change, a move NetSuite’s integrated suite architecture makes as simple as “flipping a switch.”

“Because of our unique, integrated suite architecture, NetSuite is the only on-demand business application vendor that can offer businesses tremendous costs savings and overall value whether they implement our full suite to run their entire business, or start with NetSuite Financials and add other applications and functionality as their needs require,” said Mini Peiris, Vice President of Product Marketing at NetSuite. “The suite approach eliminates the high costs and complexity associated with integrating applications from multiple vendors. Even in the cloud, integration complexity is an issue that customers will have to address if their core applications were not initially designed to work together. Because we can provision new NetSuite functionality over the web, NetSuite customers can easily extend their investment with new applications and capabilities by sending an email, or making a phone call to the account representative.”

Key Features and Functions
NetSuite Financials supports the key back-office operations and business processes of an organization. While other accounting software products deliver a few key workflows at best, NetSuite Financials is a comprehensive financial management and ERP suite that includes:
Financial Management: Comprehensive tools that allow a business to control all its financial data and processes, including: general ledger / accounts receivable / accounts payable, budget management, multi-currency transactions and reporting, revenue recognition, recurring revenue management, allocations and financial reporting.

Order Management: The key link between the sales organization, financial management and order fulfillment, NetSuite Financials streamlines the order-to-cash business process, minimizing paperwork for the finance and sales teams, increasing accuracy of orders and ensuring that customers get deliveries on time, boosting customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Inventory and Supply Chain: A complete set of inventory management, manufacturing and procure-to-pay process management features that give a business control of supply chain activities across the organization and beyond with partners, vendors and customers.

Billing Process Management: NetSuite Financials’ built-in flexibility and sophisticated billing logic lets companies tailor customer billing processes to their specific business needs. With NetSuite Financials, a business can bill customers based on complex criteria such as usage; bill one time or on a recurring basis; manage different payment terms — monthly, quarterly or annually; bill in advance, in arrears or pro-rate partial months. In addition, customer self-service capabilities provide faster service and increase customer satisfaction, turning billing into a competitive asset.
Revenue Recognition: Complex revenue management capabilities, closely coupled with billing and driven directly from the order, ensure companies can handle changing revenue recognition policies—or even recognize revenue over the term of the contract if necessary—eliminating the risks that come with spreadsheet-based processes or immature financial systems.
Services Resource Planning (SRP): Specifically designed for the demanding and global needs of enterprise-class services organizations, NetSuite Financials delivers the key capabilities needed to integrate the services project lifecycle into one seamless workflow — from marketing and sales to project management, services delivery, billing, revenue management and driving repeat business.

Human Capital Management (HCM): NetSuite Financials give organizations powerful employee resource management tools for streamlining payroll operations, employee compensation, as well as self-service capabilities to enable collaboration and reduce administrative overhead.

Business Intelligence and Analytics: NetSuite Financials includes SuiteAnalytics for built-in, real-time business intelligence that drives smarter, faster decision-making. No data warehouse or expensive data analysts are needed thanks to embedded role-based dashboards which enable employees at all levels of the company to turn data into knowledge with pre-built key performance indicators, trend graphs, scorecards, graphical report snapshots and more.
